Welcome to the Horror Classics Library! Inside you will find a collection of classic horror literature that has fallen into the public domain. These include such authors as Bram Stoker, Mary Shelley, M.R. James, Ambrose Bierce, Algernon Blackwood, Guy de Maupassant, and Robert Louis Stevenson. In addition to stories and novellas, we have also included full-length novels that are the very foundation of the horror genre (Dracula, Frankenstein, and more). This section is completely interactive and you can rate and/or add your own particular comments about any of the stories inside. In fact, we encourage you to! If you are interested in more reading material, be sure to stop by the Edgar Allan Poe Library, Grimm Fairy Tales and Classic Horror Plays for more great works of literature.
