You're referring, of course, to Freddy's Greatest Hits, the 1987 LP put out by the Elm Street Group, featuring Robert Englund's vocals. It gives new meaning to "Do the Freddy" and the Wilson Pickett classic "In the Midnight Hour." Other songs featuring Freddie Krueger include "Dream Warriors" by Dokken (i believe), and the homage "Freddie Krueger" by Stormtroopers of Death on their Speak English or Die CD. Not one but two rap songs: "Are You Ready for Freddie," by the Fat Boys, and "A Nightmare on My Street" by D. J. Jazzy and the Fresh Prince. "Love Kills" by the Vinnie Vincent Invasion is from Nightmare on Elm Street; the Dream Master as is "Don't Be Afraid of your Dreams" by Go West. Jason is not featured in so much music. Of course the Alice Cooper Tune "He's Back, the Man Behind the Mask," and "Friday the 13th" by the Patron Saints on Tombstone Park. "Nature Trail to Hell" by Weird Al Yankovic is not specifically about Jason, but could be. The best, humbly speaking, is my own "Friday the Thirteenth Blues."

There is one piece of music from the Nightmare series that seems impossible to find
or even get any info on, the rock track from the end of the first film, during the credits. Something like, "its a nightmare" I think. Any info on this song would be most appreciated.
