What happened to all those cool cult bands from the 80's? The Damned, The Cramps, T.S.O.L., The Dickies, Dead Kennedys, Susie And The Banshies, and so forth. Any of these groups still together or touring?

Dead Kennedy's broke up. The band ceased to exsist as The Dead Kennedys in order to get out of like twenty different law suits pending against them.

I've heard rumor that the Damned still tours and all the others have broken up, but I couldn't confirm any of this. Have you tried looking for official or fan web pages at http://www.google.com for any of these bands?

The Cramps put out a few excellent discs in th 90s. I saw them in Phila about two years ago and they were too cool for words. I know the did some dates on the west coast tis past year. Their last disc was "Big Beat From Badsville".

Siouxsie and the Banshees broke upat the end of the 90s. Siouxsie and Budgie reincarnated full-time as their ongoing Creatures project. Pick up The Creatures "Anima Animus". Great, great release.

I though that Jello would be president of the U.S by now...

What they said above is all true, but they forgot one thing. The Damned is still going. They released a new album last year.

I believe Jello of DK does spoken word albums now. I know he did at one point anyway. He also turned up on Pigface's "Notes From The Underground" CD, but I'm not sure what he did on the album.

I think The Cramps are still around, even though their CDs are rapidly going out of print.

Jello B. hasn't put out a spoken word album for a while now (I don't think.) He's put out two albums with Al Jourgensen of Ministry under the name Lard though.
