Some are calling this movie beyond the pale, even for horror fans but I think there's more going on with this movie. After all, most extreme, underground horror stays underground as it's focus on extremity as an end in inself puts off more mainstream moviegoers. A Serbian Film has more depth and intellegence than the average torture porn movie.
