I don't think he was real. I think it was vas (Or maybe zok, i get these two 'three lettered' named guys mixed up) who was creating different characters and posting under multiple names. He was Dr. Worm. Miss Manners. I suspect he was Horror Movie Queen In Training. HMQIT actually faked her death on the boards twice and even once claimed to have been pregnant and had a miscarriage. I think she was just another character created by vas. If you read through these old messages and see a particular cheesy name or a one time post, it was probably vas. Especially if the post says something outrageous or ridiculous that stirs up a response among the community. |

Holy crap on a stick! I had no idea this site still existed!!! I stumbled across it while searching the Blood Diner quote "if I only had my schlong back, I'd show you the meaning of machismo". I then searched for posts I'd made... wow, what a flashback. Then to see that I was mentioned in this thread almost a decade later... And to everyone who remembers me, I have mellowed out over the years. I'm 29, married, and play in a successful 80's tribute band called Two For Flinching. Desecrator (the band) is still alive, but rarely plays live. I now have over 3000 original VHS in my collection. I still hate what DVD has done to collectable tapes, but I do own a few  This is like my own personal version of the Wayback Machine here. Also, kudos to whoever kept this board archived back to the 90's. And for the record, since it seems that you all have decided that hmqit was fake, can I be forgiven for making fun of her miscarriage... her tasty, tasty miscarriage? Cheers everyone! |

Casey kept the old threads alive. He brought the site back up in 96. If you have contact with any of the old crowd, be sure to spread word to them that the site is back.

...names but I don't really remember (10 years ago-Wow!). I was really happy to find out that TheCabinet was back, although shocked to discover that it's been back for a few years now.
I thought of myself as mostly a lurker then but I searched back and found a couple of hundred posts that I did which was really surprising.
Found my real name on the list of past contributors of the Survival Guide, but I can't remember which ones were mine. Guess a lot of brain cells pass on in 10 years
