Hey all. The poster formerly known as 'creeping death' here. I don't know what made me think about this place tonight, but thought I'd see if it was up and running. I recognize a few names here. Wow....been a long time!
BTW.... the name 'creeping death' has been retired. Just seems kind of.....ohhhh....dorky? |

I used to be HorrorLARPGuy. I think I out-dorked you with my former name.
Glad to have you back, Man! |

| By reading this I'm not sure if you guys ever discussed horror or just talked about each other... |

Oh, Tom... Whew. Come on, what 15 year old doesn't get sarcasm? ...... This stuff is like looking at a past life.
Welcome back, Rob - creeping death. I'm really glad to see another familiar face again! |

"This stuff is like looking at a past life."
Definitely. I looked at a few of the old posts a while back and I'm a completely different person now. I can't believe how seriously I took myself back then. It's embarrassing to view. Casey's was the first exposure I had to an internet forum. I think I was still buying vhs tapes back then. And running on Windows 95.
Tom: Are you the one who was trying to round up all the "old-timers" a while ago? I showed up, but there wasn't any activity here so I didn't come back until now.
I don't remember a lot of the events you guys are discussing, but the thing that sticks out the most: I was actually PM'ing Shawn Howlett about some videos he sent me when I saw the 9/11 broadcast for the first time. You guys remember Shawn? And his grandma?
Definitely remember Calico and HorrorLARPguy. |

| But...what's up with these teeny-tiny avatar pictures we have to use? You know how hard it is to find a cool picture that's 6 kb or less? |

Well you can have them bigger. I did by accident the first time, but it took up half the page...
Sorry I missed all the classy discussions from years ago. They seemed very thought provoking. |

By the time I left, it got soooooo ridiculous. Everyone would gravitate to a new board, then that one would die. Then a new board would start up, then that one would die. And all the while, there was nothing but arguing and name-calling. It didn't start out that way though.
Calico's still got a thing for Udo I see. He was a real character at Horrorfind 6. |

I have to echo Rob, i'm horribly embarrassed reading this stuff. I had a lot of issues at time and from what I read now, it looks like I just wanted to be a different "happier" person. Add that with being dreadfully young and naive, and, well.. |

| Hell, I STILL have issues. But I'm not about to post them on a message board anymore. |

Agreed.
Though if you want to make posts about your homemade Jason mask or getting a valentine, i'm always up for reading that. |

| Or I could compare Sleepaway Camp to Citizen Kane. |

Or you and Tom could discuss the Cenobite that was tragically left out of Hellraiser - Toaster Head. |
