That's great to hear Romany, its great to see you too.
The nice thing that is going on in my life right now is that my girlfriend, who is an actress in theatre, is discovering horror movies for the first time. She has never seen some of the films that we would consider "classics" and it is a lot of fun to introduce someone to them for the first time.
The last movie that we watched together was Poltergiest, and i must say that that film is always a pleasure to watch. Her response to the film was that she was thrilled, because it had a lot of chills, but she wasnt really scared by the film until the last half. Its an impression-maker, thats for sure, and it had an impression made on her. It was also fun because she had always heard the tagline "They're here," and heard about Carol-Anne, but never saw the film from which they came from. Now that she knows, the result is "I want to see more." Gotta love horror.
Next one that we are watching is Carrie. That should be interesting. Thanks Romany, talk to you soon.

Wow! I sure got plenty of that Daphne. How have you been? It's been quite a while since i seen you on here.
Just saw the movie "Insidious" last night, and it was very good. Lots of good chills and scares. Made me smile a bit to see some decent horror. The other film that i saw Friday was "Contagion" and that was pretty good. Not like the apocalypse by virus hasnt been done before many times, but it was still a pretty good film.
Hope everyone is well as we draw closer to Halloween. Thats my favorite time of the year.
