Does anyone know if there was ever any further work by Clive Barker on stories related to the novella Cabal aside from the Nightbreed film adaptation?

Yep! Marvel's Epic comics picked up the mythos for a comic book series that ran for awhile. Barker served as a "consultant" on the series, so who knows how much feedback or participation he actually had. He's been quoted in the past as saying he agreed to serve as a producer-role for some of the Hellraiser/Candyman sequels just so he maintained some sort of connection (and royalties presumably) over the series. That may be the case here.
I haven't actually read the series (that I can recall), so I don't know how good it was. I actually have the whole series, so I should just to find out. Maybe it is time for me to DVR Nightbreed and re-watch it to re-introduce myself to the storyline. |

About once a month I write to Fox and tell them to let Barker have the missing material from the movie shooting so we can have a director's cut DVD of Nightbreed.

Barker has verified that he's working on a written sequel.
I can't find the actual link right now, but I wouldn't say so if it wasn't true. Give me a day and I'll find it.
