We got VIP tickets online thinking the place would be packed. It wasn't packed so the tickets were a waste of money. The 2 attractions were extremely disappointing. They were not scary unless you are about 12 years old. The actors were lackluster and the makeup was not any better than most kiddie trick-or-treaters could do. There were some animatronic figures, but they were staged so poorly that they were not scary. It must have taken us no longer than about 10 minutes per attraction to go through. The 3D glasses that were given out at the door of one attraction were being recycled from other groups that had gone throught the attraction. I wondered how many people before me had worn those glasses and hoped they had no contagious skin or eye conditions. Frankly it was a waste of our time and money. We went to Screamworld last year and thought it was much better than Nightmare on the Bayou. We are still looking for a really scary and well run haunted attraction in the Houston area. You are wasting your time and money if you visit Nightmare on the Bayou. We haven't tried Phobia yet   Images There are no images associated with this trip.
