The official Web site for The Old Burleson Asylum (see Related Sites below) is currently down. The last update before the site went down stated that the haunt would be open for the October 2010 season, but no further information has been issued. The Old Burleson Asylum
This seasonal haunted attraction is a fund-raiser run by the Hartselle Police Alliance. The theme for the haunt is a mental asylum that practiced unethical experiments and was eventually burned down. The spirits of tormented patients now dwell in the school built in the asylum's place.
