Lost
This ranch on the Hawaiian island of Oahu contains the Ka'a'awa Valley; an area used frequently as a filming location for the television show Lost. Hurley's golf course scenes were shot here. A sign now stands on the spot designating its status as Hurley's Golf Course. Other scenes filmed in the valley include the encounters with the Others' security system, and Hurley and Charlie's joyride in the van as well as many other scenes.
Other Shows & Films
The Ka'a'awa Valley has also been used as a shooting location for films such as Jurassic Park (1993), Godzilla (1998), Mighty Joe Young (1998) and others. Godzilla's footprint can still be seen not far from the area used for Hurley's golf course. It was also used for Magnum P.I. (1980) and the remake of Fantasy Island in 1999.
Tours
Kualoa Ranch offers guided bus tours of the filming locations on the property. They also offer guided horse ride, boat and ATV tours of the property as well. The latter tours are not film site specific, but in some cases it can be arranged for tours of film locations to be incorporated into these non-bus tours.
