The Edinburgh Dungeon
Located at 31 Market St, Edinburgh in Scotland, the Edinburgh Dungeon is a horror theme park that explores the dark history of the city from the same company behind London Dungeon. It opened in 2001 and is located in the catacombs beneath the Edinburgh City train station. It features recreations, special effects, animatronics, and countless exhibits that revels in the macabre history of Edinburgh. Subjects include the 18th century surgery, the Scottish Clan Wars, torture, and vampires. Additionally, patrons are treated to the Haunted Labyrinth, Ghosts of the City and a recreation of the infamous Sawney Beane cave.
