The Hamburg Dungeon
Located at Kehrwieder 2, 20457 Hamburg, Germany, the Hamburg Dungeon is a horror theme park over 18,000 square feet large that explores the dark history of the city from the same company behind London Dungeon. It opened in 2000 and features recreations, special effects, animatronics, and countless exhibits that revels in the macabre history of Hamburg. Subjects include The Great Fire of 1842, Stortebeker's Execution, and the Plague. Additionally, patrons are treated to the Sturmflut 1717, a ride that revisits the storm of 1717 that wreaked havoc on the city and took countless lives.
