This location is the former home of Legend of Sleepy Hollow author Washington Irving. It is now a museum.

Sunnyside and Philipsburg both host "Legend Weekend" during the month of October. During Legend Weekend, Sunnyside there is readings of ghost stories, magic shows and guided walks through the woods surrounding Irving's home.
